Jason Keith has spent over 20 years in financial services, with wealth management and advisory experience — working directly with households on retirement income, portfolio construction, tax-aware placement, and the long, unglamorous work of keeping a financial plan on track through market cycles. He holds the Certified Wealth Strategist® designation and continues to practice today — LinkPath AI is not a second career built after leaving the industry, it is a set of tools built by someone still doing the job.

That practitioner perspective is the entire premise of the company. Over two decades in the industry, Jason watched the advisor technology stack grow enormous without getting meaningfully better at the things that consume an advisor's day. Discovery still meant a generic risk questionnaire nobody believed. Portfolio construction still meant either a rigid off-the-shelf model or an hour of spreadsheet work per household. The gap between "I know what this client needs" and "here is a documented, defensible, implementable recommendation" was still measured in hours.

So he built the tools he wished existed. RegiMint came out of wanting a discovery process that actually surfaced planning gaps in the first meeting. The Allocation Tool came out of wanting a deterministic, tax-aware, account-size-aware model that resolved in seconds instead of an afternoon. Both were used in a real practice before they were ever software products, and both are still shaped by that use.

Jason is based in the Florida panhandle, in the Upper Grand Lagoon area near Panama City Beach.

Company story

Built to close the gap between knowing and doing.

LinkPath AI LLC was formed to build the tools its founder wished he had — and then to make them available to other advisors who recognize the same problems.

1

The frustration

Two decades of advisor software that was either too generic to be useful or too rigid to fit an actual household. The good ideas were always trapped behind workflows designed by people who had never run a client meeting.

2

The prototypes

Discovery frameworks and allocation logic developed in practice, refined through real conversations, and tested against real constraints long before any of it became a product.

3

The company

LinkPath AI LLC was formed as a financial technology company to build and license those tools properly. RegiMint is approved as an outside business activity, and the company operates entirely separately from any advisory practice.

4

The suite

RegiMint for discovery, the Allocation Tool for portfolio construction, and MyAidvisor in beta as a consumer coaching layer. A growing set of advisor-first tools that share one workflow and one set of principles.

Values

What we hold to.

Short list. Each one is testable against the product.

Practitioner first

If it does not work in a real client meeting under real time pressure, it does not ship. Every feature is validated in practice before it is validated in a roadmap.

Explainable by default

Any number the software produces can be traced back to a visible rule. No proprietary black boxes, no unexplained scores, no logic the advisor cannot defend.

Respect the constraints

Advisors work inside supervision, compliance review, and regulatory frameworks. Tools that ignore that reality waste everyone's time. We design inside the constraints from the first sketch.

Substance over polish

A tool that saves an advisor two hours a week beats a tool that demos beautifully and gets abandoned in month two. We optimize for the second month, not the first meeting.
